Rights and Usage
All marketing materials, including photographs, videos and other media produced by WV Media for realtors may be used by them for the marketing of the property as well as the realtor’s own self promotion or their brokerage’s marketing campaigns. However, the copyright of all marketing materials is legally owned by WV Media. Any usage of these materials by a third party is strictly prohibited unless approved by WV Media and an additional licensing fee may be required.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to a $75.00 fee. If the property is not ready or not accessible to us at the time of the appointment, it will need to be rescheduled and a $100.00 fee will be imposed.
